As we all know, heat treatment is an important part of the forging process. So how to improve the production efficiency of heat-treated forgings?
1. Improve the production efficiency of heat treatment, by increasing the furnace loading, reducing the labor intensity of workers, and equipping heat treatment equipment with a high degree of automation (such as mesh belt furnace production line, automatic line, nitriding furnace, push rod furnace, vibration bottom furnace, etc.), to ensure that the needs of heat treatment of different automotive parts are met (tempering treatment, solution treatment, carburizing, carbonitriding treatment, etc.).
2. Increase the furnace loading of mesh belt furnace or push rod furnace, improve production efficiency, and realize the effective use of heat energy.
3. By increasing the heating loading of parts, the production efficiency can be increased by 2~3 times. The placement of such parts (such as valves, material bars, steel strips, standard parts, bearings, piston pins, etc.), considering the upper and lower arrangement of the radiation tubes of the mesh belt furnace, can achieve fast and uniform heating, and there is no problem of incomplete heating.
