Safety in production is very important in the process of forging heat treatment. Let's discuss the safety requirements for forging heat treatment.

1. Before operation, you must be familiar with the hot forging process and the equipment used.

2. During operation, you must wear necessary protective equipment, such as work clothes, gloves, protective glasses, etc.

3. No items that hinder operation should be placed between the heating equipment and the cooling equipment.

4. Mixing carburizing agents, sandblasting agents, etc. should be carried out in a separate room, and sufficient ventilation equipment should be set up.

5. The dangerous areas of the equipment (such as electric furnace power leads, busbars, conductive rods and transmission mechanisms, etc.) should be protected by wire mesh, fences, baffles, etc.

6. The tools used for forging heat treatment should be placed neatly, and cracked and inappropriate tools should not be used.

7. The entrances and exits of the workshop and the passages in the workshop should be unobstructed. Fire extinguishing sand boxes should be set near the nozzles of heavy oil furnaces and near the pouring mouths of gas furnaces. Fire extinguishers should be placed in the workshop.

8. Do not touch the workpiece after forging heat treatment to avoid burns.
