Kingrail Parts possesses capabilities in melting, forging, heat treating, and machining, enabling the production of a wide range of custom forged products.
We offer shafts, gear blanks, mandrel-forged rings, roll shells, and various special shapes—including bored products—in a wide range of diameters, with sizes and weights spanning from a few pounds to over 100,000 pounds. Common carbon and alloy steel grades—such as 1026, 1045, 4140, 4150F (resulfurized steel), 4340, and 8620—are readily available.
We can also melt custom and specialty alloys to meet specific customer requirements. Production is carried out in accordance with various industry standards (such as ASTM, API, ASME, ABS, AMS, and military specifications) as well as product-specific requirements. We maintain comprehensive laboratory facilities and provide expert metallurgical support.
