In foreign countries, the forging manufacturing and measurement technology of some developed countries such as the United States and Japan has reached a high level, and the technology is very mature. From the initial one-dimensional dimension measurement to the current two-dimensional and three-dimensional dimension measurement, it can be seen that the technology level of developed countries is already very advanced.
However, compared with the high-end technology of developed countries, the manufacturing and measurement design of large forgings in China is relatively backward and still in the basic stage. The measurement of forgings mainly adopts the method of manual direct measurement. Although this method is low-cost and easy to operate, manual measurement is still affected by the surrounding environment and its factors, and human eye readings will also cause measurement errors.
Although China's research in this field has gradually deepened in recent years, its theoretical results still need to be improved in practice. Therefore, China needs to accelerate the research on quality control technology of large forgings, introduce relevant technologies from developed countries, and better promote the development of quality control technology of forgings in my country.
