Testing and Certification
We manufacture products in strict accordance with industry standards—including ASTM, ASME, API, AMS, and NACE—and subject all parts to comprehensive inspection and testing. All forgings from Kingrail Parts undergo ultrasonic testing (UT), with magnetic particle inspection (MPI) also available. Our standard test reports include rolling test reports, heat treatment charts, and ultrasonic inspection reports. We are an ISO-certified manufacturer; click here to view our ISO certificate.
Advantages of Forged Rings
The open-die forging process produces seamless rolled rings with a superior internal structure and uniform circumferential grain flow, resulting in products with excellent yield strength, tensile strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance. The rolling process also ensures exceptional concentricity and surface smoothness. Forged rings are manufactured to tight tolerances to meet your specific requirements. For low-volume, heavy-weight rings, we utilize a mandrel forging process to produce parts tailored to your dimensions, weight, and specifications.
