Kingrail Parts manufactures high-quality forged seamless rolled rings featuring excellent tensile and yield strength, suitable for applications involving gears, bearings, and heavy machinery. We produce seamless rolled rings from a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, and custom alloys.

Forged rings are available with diameters up to 200 inches for steel alloys and up to 80 inches for other metals, with wall thicknesses starting at 2 inches. Our seamless rolled rings are supplied in a forged or rough-machined state—close to the final shape—and can be finish-machined to your exact drawing specifications.

Testing and Certification

We manufacture products in strict accordance with industry standards—including ASTM, ASME, API, AMS, and NACE—and subject all parts to comprehensive inspection and testing. All forgings from Kingrail Parts undergo Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and are available for Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
