Forging Capabilities

Size Range: Diameters from Ø100 mm to Ø2690 mm; thicknesses from 20 mm to 600 mm. Precision CNC machining (rough/finish turning, milling) and heat treatment (O, T6, T651, T7451) are available upon request.

 

Alloy Options: 6061, 7075, 2024, 5083, 6082, 2618, 7050. Other materials, such as titanium or stainless steel, are also available upon request.

 

Available Forms: Solid blanks, discs with center holes/bores, flanged hubs, and fully customized geometries.
