For nickel-based and superalloy materials, we produce forgings with diameters up to 50 inches and weights up to 20,000 pounds. Additionally, we offer aluminum forged discs and hubs with diameters up to 80 inches and weights up to 15,000 pounds. Titanium forgings can reach diameters of 65 inches and weights of 10,000 pounds.

 

Since each alloy responds differently to forging forces and heat treatment, we employ controlled processing parameters tailored to specific material grades. This ensures that customers receive components meeting the required standards for mechanical properties and structural integrity.
