Description

Cylinder forgings are cylinder components manufactured through the forging process. Forging involves the plastic deformation of metal at high temperatures, enabling the production of cylinders with excellent mechanical properties and precise dimensions.

We manufacture forged cylinders using a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, and custom alloys. Our forged cylinders are supplied in either forged or rough-machined states—close to their final shape—and can be finish-machined to exact blueprint specifications.
